Today we honor the patron of St. Louis, who was the King of France. Although we do not normally think of any of the monarchy as saints, there were a number of them. He serves not only as the patron of St. Louis, but a model for fathers. As a good husband, father, and ruler, we can invoke St. Louis to intercede for our prayers. St. Louis, pray for us!
